Building a Resilient Immune System

The Covid-19 pandemic, Jeffrey Bland, MD, FACN, CNS, explained, is an exemplar of the confusing yet promising period of public health in which we find ourselves. New, unprecedented challenges like Covid-19 are being met with medical and technological advancements at record speed. “If you take any sector of our society and ask, ‘What is stable?’ the answer is, ‘Nothing’,” he said. “This phase of change is moving at such a dramatic pace that you can feel a bit overwhelmed.” Read more …

The Key to Preventing Alzheimer’s Disease

Recently, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) expedited the approval of two types of drugs aimed at addressing β-amyloid, the sticky protein widely recognized as the cause of Alzheimers.
