Timothy C. Birdsall

Timothy C. Birdsall, ND, FABNO, is Chief Medical Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Services for Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) and a graduate of Bastyr University. He has been with CTCA since 1998, when he joined the staff at Midwestern Regional Medical Center in Zion, IL, the flagship hospital for CTCA, where he helped pioneer an innovative, interdisciplinary, team-based approach to cancer care, the first of its kind to fully incorporate naturopathic physicians into the care of every patient. From 2002 to 2012, Dr. Birdsall served as Vice President of Integrative Medicine for CTCA, with programmatic responsibility for nutrition, naturopathic medicine, mind body medicine, pastoral care, oncology rehabilitation, chiropractic and acupuncture. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and is a Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology.
